CHAMBER INFORMATION |

The Loudon County Chamber of Commerce serves the cities of Greenback, Lenoir City, Loudon and Philadelphia, and the communities of Tellico Village, Rarity Bay and Avalon, among others. The mission of the chamber is to "develop and maintain a favorable business climate and provide leadership in the development of economic growth and quality of life." The Loudon County Chamber of Commerce is the largest professional membership organization in Loudon County, with over 400 members. Over one-quarter of this incredible membership actively volunteer with the chamber to accomplish the organization's bold mission. |

Member Benefits include dozens of specialized advertising, networking and business opportunities. Each member receives a free Internet listing which includes up to a 50-word description of your business, as well as a complimentary listing in the chamber's annual full-color magazine, the Loudon County Living Guide & Membership Directory. This magazine is utilized as the key recruiting piece for families and small businesses considering relocation to the area. Members unify as a voice for change, supporting governmental, educational and community advancement. The chamber provides thousands of direct and indirect referrals to its members and provides them with targeted professional development and educational opportunities. |

Programming priorities are built around the four major areas of Business & Economic Development, Community Development & Government Relations, Member Development & Retention and Special Events. The chamber also partners with the Loudon County Education Foundation to support and promote opportunities for lifelong learning in our community, and the Loudon County Visitors Bureau to promote tourism opportunities. |

Joining the chamber is easy and one of the most pro-active strategies your business can employ. Just print the application, fill it out and mail or fax it to the chamber office. A staff member will then contact you with your investment rate. |

Many helpful publications and services are free to chamber members. Non-member pricing is available. A business resource library is also housed at the chamber. The library contains reference books, videos and various state-published information about starting a business or tackling a particular business challenge. The Loudon County Chamber of Commerce is also a member of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, American Chamber of Commerce Executives, National Association for Membership Development and is a partner of ChamberBiz. Local chamber members are afforded access to many of these national associations' services. |
